General approach

Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request, how much data has been consumed, and how quickly the issue is reported.

Requests we consider

  • Service issues attributable to Helix that materially affect your usage.
  • Billing errors reported within a reasonable time.

Requests we typically decline

  • Data that has already been consumed under normal service conditions.
  • Access issues caused by the target website, your local environment, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
