Domain and usage restrictions

Certain destinations and workflows require additional review or may not be available on Helix.

Why restrictions exist

Some destinations have strict rules against automated access, involve sensitive personal data, or require dedicated compliance controls. Helix limits access to these domains to protect users and comply with applicable laws.

Categories that may be restricted

  • Financial services and payment providers.
  • Government, tax, and identity systems.
  • Streaming and DRM-protected media platforms.
  • Healthcare, insurance, and other sensitive-data platforms.
  • Any destination whose terms explicitly forbid automated access.

Requesting an exception

Contact hello@helixproxies.com with details about your workflow, the destination, and the authorization or business need. Exceptions are considered case by case and may not be granted.

Enforcement

Traffic that violates domain restrictions may be blocked and accounts may be suspended or terminated. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
